PRODUCER

Nestled in Peru’s Cusco region, the Quechua community of Umapata brings generations of agricultural heritage to life through coffee grown in the Tropical Andes. High altitudes, cool temperatures, and rich, biodiverse soils create a unique terroir across 22.6 hectares of agroforestry farms. Formed in 2022, the cooperative has strengthened a 50-year coffee legacy, driving steady growth in both production and farmer income. The coffee is carefully washed, and slow-dried on shaded raised beds to reveal vibrant, expressive flavors.
