Aquiares Mariana comes from Aquiares Estate in Turrialba, Costa Rica, where producer Diego Robelo leads the farm’s focus on specialty coffee, sustainability, and innovative processing. Aquiares is one of Costa Rica’s largest coffee farms and has developed into a model of sustainable agriculture and community, including carbon-neutral farming and protected biological corridors. This Mariana F1 hybrid is processed using a thermic anaerobic natural method, creating a vibrant and complex cup with notes of cacao nibs, black cherry, mandarin, and red wine.
