Together with his youngest son Juan Felipe, a fermentation expert and passionate bean hunter, he leads Finca Chambakú, A farm where experience meets innovation. Their work blends family legacy with sustainable practices. Regenerative agriculture, diverse shade-grown crops, and preservation of local wildlife and water resources. Through careful stewardship, they continue to craft coffees that reflect both care for the environment and a lifelong dedication to quality.

Together, they cultivate a range of varieties including Typica, Bourbon, SL-28, Sidra, Kaffa, and Caturra, all carefully separated and processed.
