Great for after a late dinner

Muxbal Decaf comes from smallholder, family-run farms in the Unión Juárez region of Chiapas, Mexico. Named after the Mayan word for “place surrounded by clouds,” this coffee is grown in rich volcanic soils using traditional shade-grown practices that support both the land and the surrounding communities. Many of the producers work within cooperatives, sharing knowledge and resources to maintain consistently high quality.

This lot is washed and decaffeinated using the Methylene Chloride (MC) method, which gently removes 99.9% of the caffeine while preserving the coffee’s natural flavor and character.
