PRODUCERS
Sourced from the highlands of Tenejapa in Chiapas, Mexico, Ciprés is a community lot produced by indigenous smallholder farmers whose families have cultivated coffee for generations. Grown in fertile volcanic soils between 1,000–1,350 meters above sea level, this washed coffee is crafted from a blend of Caturra, Typica, Costa Rica, and Marsellesa varieties. After an overnight fermentation, the coffee is carefully sun-dried for up to 18 days, producing a remarkably clean and balanced cup.
