Colombia - Marlon Rojas: LA RESERVA

Marlon Rojas is the third generation of a family dedicated to coffee growing. He assumed the generational relay in his family, which allowed him to acquire an integral vision of the business, from planting to exporting coffee.
Eventually, he decided to focus more on tasting, so he trained at SENA. During this period, he worked closely with Carlos Cerquera, national tasting champion in 2019.
After acquiring experience in cupping, he also ventured to plant his own coffee on the family farm, becoming fully involved in the agricultural work, from fertilization to the care of the plants. Marlon is currently part of the 2024 cupping champion in Colombia.
